Some good news in regards to fanfic
I know there has been some nasty business about. I don't know all the facts, so I can't really pass judgement. All I will do is offer love and prayer, 'cause it's what I got. Also, if need be, I have access to a crack team of ninjas. There's NOTHING that judicious use of ninjas can't fix.
I figured everyone could use some good news, so:
My second ever fanfic, Perchance to Dream, is now hosted at Simply Undeniable.
This is the same story I posted on this very LJ as A World Without Harry. Same fic, new and improved title, shamelessly stolen from The Bard.
indie_v has once again dared to tread the comma impaired realm that is my writing. And once again, she's absolutely fabulous. Everyone offer hugs and worship.
In other news, we closed on the house in San Jose, and I received the keys last week. Now all I need is a new job, and things are going to be shiny.
Fall is finally coming to California. I won't complain, in spite of the fact that the official state past time in California is complaining about the weather. Also, I played 2.5 hours of Ultimate under parly cloudy blue skies and temperatures in the low sixties, with a gentle breeze. Life is good.
If you live in the US and are over 18, go vote on Tuesday. If you don't live in the US, you should still vote. Just, you know, do it in your own election.
