Hurricane Katrina

In light of the past week I am urging EVERYONE that I know to go and give blood, donate money, and try to give relief in someway to the people of the south that have been impacted by the terrible event that was Hurricane Katrina. since it took the National Guard 5 days to respond to this catastrophe because the majority of it has been deployed to Iraq (a fact that seemed to escape our oh so intelligent President's mind) the people of the south are suffering. These people are dieing. Please, I am BEGGING everyone who reads this to go to the nearest Red Cross and donate either whole, or double red cell blood. if you are not able to give blood donate the most you can. or if you cant afford it, go and buy a pack of water and give it to them. PLEASE! Anything you can do to help these people makes you an Angel in my eyes.
