Delicious and free chocolate tasting on February 10 at 7:30 PM Foran Hall room 138A Cook Campus... you are invited!

Taste gourmet bar chocolate from Ecuador, Bolivia, and Switzerland, handmade truffles from Thomas Sweet in New Brunswick, and delicious Mexican-style drinking chocolate, and Aztec-style drinking chocolate. Tea, beer, wine, and light snacks to cleanse the palate!

An informal lecture on the history and biology of the cacao tree, Theobroma cacao, by Rutgers plant biologist Dr. Tom Gianfanga.
