Also second day of working out. Observations and thoughts thus far.
1) Not sure how it happened, but I didn't huff and puff and gag my way through yesterdays workout (about to go today, didn't have a chance this morning). My lungs actually felt good, if lungs can feel anything. And yes, it was a strenuous workout
