Yay! Steelers!
21-10, yippee! After wearing my Steelers stadium jacket for two weeks, I'm sooooo glad they won. :) Hurray for Bettis, getting to the Super Bowl in his hometown before he retires. They tried to pass him the ball for the touchdown a couple times, but it just didn't happen. At least they tried to give it to him. Ward and Parker were just amazing. Big Ben wasn't quite up to what he was earlier in the year, but still managed to bring things together.
For the commercials... There just weren't that many that impressed me. Diet Pepsi and Burger King need to fire their agencies. They were awful.
Bud Light had a neat one with "Magic Fridge" that made me giggle. Better still was FedEx with cavemen. There was a cute one by Bud with clydesdales helping a pony think he could pull the truck, though I don't know that I'd care for it beyond the first one.
Thanks to a friend on IM, I heard one of the best replies to the Mission: Impossible 3 advert -- "Mission: Impossible 3... Try to explain Scientology..." Teehee!
