Dude.
That has to have been the best first date I have ever been on. Nervousness was gone within five minutes. Plus, we went to the Reuben H Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park and saw the IMAX movie about dinosaurs, and then ran around looking at the exhibits. And we went into the Botanical Building. Then we came back here and watched a few movies: Trekkies 2 (it's nice to see that one kid grew up to be awesome instead of a douchebag), The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra (which I knew he would think was awesome), and we only half watched Perfect Blue because we were talking.
And while I'm still in that warm fuzzy post-first date afterglow, I can honestly say that I really don't care where this goes or how long it lasts or whatever. But I sure am enjoying what it is right now.
And now I've really got to get some sleep. I need to catch the bus at 5:59. Ugh. At least I'll get to where work is early enough to run by the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and hang out for a half hour or so while I work on a few things.
