Jay is Leaving!

So last weekend (not this one, the one before) I found out from Dan that his pastor Jay has accepted a call to another congregation in Philadelphia and that he'll be leaving in just 3 weeks! We were both surprised and saddened to hear about this, as we are both close to him.  It's especially hard for Dan, as Bethany is the first Christian community

My sister is a member at Bethany, and I have met pastor Jay. He is such a wonderful man and a wonderful pastor. It really makes me sad that he is leaving. He's done so much good here.

Oh really? What is her name? I'll be sure to say hi next time I'm there. Yes, Jay will be sorely missed.
