Torchwood 1.12 "Captain Jack Harkness"
Okay, I know this show is cheese, and crack, and what my parents would call 'bubble gum', and normally I'm not a nitpicky person, but every so often just something sticks out and pokes at the nitpicky nerve.
So there's all this angst over the real Captain Jack getting killed in the training thingie tomorrow and OMG LAST NITE ON URF! Yet nobody acknowledges the fact that Captain Jack won't make it to his training thingie because unless somebody behind the scenes Retconned everyone at that dance hall, Captain Jack got arrested two minutes later and will be too busy being court martialed to die. Not to mention the severe beatings. Is it too much to ask?
It's not like they completely changed history or anything. ;) Or was this an alternate 1941 where gay is okay?
