hmm i guess that was fail... anyway, my real response.

i think being moral means to have a definitive view of a guideline to life. i don't believe there are "bad" or "good" or "non-existent" morals... i just believe that the individual chooses what they feel is "just" -- the way they want to live their lives. that being said, i think to be moral is to discover your own boundaries and your own goals as you walk the streets of life from sun up to sun down. and discovering as much a you can about yourself, where you stand, etc. seems to be one of the implicit and elusive "meanings of life". morals help define us, make us feel we are part of a community that we can identify with, shape us, and all sorts of fun things. the idea of morals is imposed upon us from the moment we come in social contact with other human beings and/or their ideals. i just think its a simply a matter of taking an editing eye to that initial list of morals, choose your own path, walk it proudly -- yet personally (i.e., not imposing on others, etc.).

i think having morals can be good or bad. it all depends on the person at question. are they aware of their morals? do they consciously agree with them? do they ignore them? deny them? embrace them?

sorry, if that was vague... i had something in my mind but i don't think i found the proper words to express my idea. :D hope that helped, good luck!!
