So... tired...
So I'm going to babble to try and stay awake.
Been thinking on FFXIV... and what character I want to play... already, yeah. ^.^ What? We all know I'm going to be a healer anyway, why not think of a fun genre of character to go with it?
Let's see here... There's a few fun options. One would a an Elvaan (yes, I know they're different names in FFXIV but I don't remember what they are and too tired to look it up. Besides, the work computer doesn't like handling the website) hunter perhaps? Archer, whatever.
A different type for me.. someone quiet and unopinionated. Ha! That'd be interesting. If anything, maybe one of those quiet, mysterious character that speaks only when needed, and holds her tongue. Very un-Donellaish which I think the LB might find amusing. ;p Most likely I'll keep with the LB when they move over. They seemed pretty cool with me coming back to the shell when I came back to FFXI a month or two back. It was nice.
Anyway, another option is.. heh, a priest! I know, so original for me! But ya know what, damnit! I'm a good healer. In fact, I'm an excellent healer. So ya know what? I'm going to start off as a healer! Take that non-healer believers!

Most likely a hume-type character. I was having a fun idea of playing a male priest... traveling religous priest or something like that. Heh, yes, I like clergy, so sue me. I'm sure anyone in the LB will groan and go "Nooooo~"
I've never been fond of medical healers. *shivers* They're evil. Magic is much funner. If not a priest, I could come up with something else. A shaman or something. *shrugs* I don't even know the lore of FFXIV yet.
Another idea I had was one like Lacole, a BE I was playing for a little while with Chris. She was actually a fashion designer before the city was destroyed. She didn't go with the elves through the portal because she and her comrade where hidden elsewhere when they were retrieved. When they were rebuilding the city she saw how selfish her elite fashion friends were and decided to move on and try to do some good.
Anyway, might be fun to have a similar character. Maybe a mage/healer or something. We all know I gotta have my healing abilities. The attitude of Lacole was sort of quiet and cold, a bit emo and always sort of looked down on others. That was kind of fun, because she was trying to change her elite ways to be more.. humble. But, well, it's not easy making that change.
I was also playing around with the idea of a family member of the Donella/Euphina/Amoonth clan. I actually have a very extensive storyline after Donella left FFXI.
