the spell that i am under.
i'm in sumter for the evening. miranda's in the shower washing out the highlights we did. and fuck, did we do some highlights. very intricate. and now, she's a blonde.
i'm working my ass off. 12 hour days. every day but thursdays and saturdays. i graduate in a couple weeks. after a year & a half. i have three jobs lined up. can't decide which one is more appealing. i'm having issues trying to choose between bumble & bumble or aveda. i enjoy the fact that all of these salons harass the shit out of me. i'm currently working at one of the salons in their locations and call center. modern salon & spa. they have a website. also - david ross. it is rockin'. and not aveda. modern's corporate, has 5 locations, and good insurance. david ross is one location and i'm not even sure what my commission is supposed to be. on top of that, david seems a little catty. he likes me, hired me, but i'm a little weary of people as of late. however, i do know i'd be able to take clients. i know that i have a phone book full of clients that are following me & boy does that feel good. and then, of course, there's the opportunity to work my way up in the beauty basics inc. and become an instructor at the aveda institute charlotte. that's the least likely choice at this point. however, it's good to know that the offer's there.
i got my wisdom teeth pulled last month. it wasn't fun, but that's alright. i didn't swell at all. which i found to be odd seeing as how i bruise and scar very easily.
i don't have the internet or cable. and haven't since february. thus - the reasoning behind my lack of updates. i really do miss this. i really want the internet back.
i talked to ernie. he's a model & teacher in korea & japan.
i talked to jeanie. i love her. i miss her.
i talked to jim. i love him & miss him as well.
i talked to sean. i wish him the best!
miranda and i see eye to eye. i love her.
#1 goal. make myself happy before anyone else and maintain a clean & healthy lifestyle while doing so. except for the quitting smoking thing. fuck that. i love my 'ports.
