and it was a happy turkey day......
so it was thanksgiving...so i decided to make..turkey cupcakes!!
ok. i lie. there's no turkey in them :P
they're actually pumpkin spice cupcakes with chocolate buttercream icing topped with roasted cococut!!
i used marshmallows coated with cocoa powder for the head
chocolate sprinkles for the eyes
roasted coconut as feathers
& gummies for the tailfeather :)
