Last Wednesday I took my final for A&P 1 and a miracle happened: the teacher actually had them graded within the hour. So where, you might ask, was my inevitable egotistical bragging about my grade? Did I perhaps do so bad on the final that I failed the class? No, I got a 99 resulting in the seemingly inevitable (by that point) 4.0 for the quarter. Then I decided to celebrate by renting Mass Effect.
Now, after nearly a week of as close to nonstop playing as I could get, I have finally come back up for air. Just in time to get a new copy of Crackdown for $10. And in time for me to consider getting Guitar Hero 3 when it's $10 off. Building credit is fun. And as if I wasn't having enough fun with my new (ok, month old) system, this weekend I'll be going down to Arizona where I'll get to actually get to spend six days playing my games on a large HDTV we're gonna rent. The only thing missing will be friends to play these games with, but since Arizona is an aweful long way away, there's not much I can do about that.
Of course, the really sad part about all this is that despite how much fun next week should be, I can't wait for next quarter to start. We're finally going to get to cut through the muscle and look at organs on our kitty. I almost wonder if any of Runt's internal organs will be as massive as the rest of him. I still think they somehow managed to get ahold of a dead baby panther. I actually almost had trouble identifying kitty muscles on the last lab test because many of them seemed way too small on the other cats.
