good luck to you too, Doug! i have a great faith on us both :) we'll see, probably we both will have lost the 5kg / 11pounds a long before xmas already.

but... wait... do the rules say anything about not gaining all the weight back during the xmas holidays..?!

Good question!
I suppose gaining it all back would defeat the purpose. In fact I understand that losing weight and then gaining it all back is worse then never having lost it in the first place.
My hope is to keep losing and losing and it all starts Monday.
The scary part is I will need to weigh myself to see where I am starting from.

ok, losing and losing it shall be! the 5 is only a partial goal for me too, 10 is the total.

the weighing part gets easier every time after you've started the losing! :D

10 sounds good. I guess you have to get to 5 before you can get to 10. And then who knows where we can go from there!!

Canada is much bigger than Finland. This may or may not factor into the outcome. *g*

You have a very sharp mind! You probably even know how many pounds are in a kilo (which I didn't).
Good luck to your beloved Beantowners tonight.
At least they don't have to play in Colorado--yet.

Yes, but eventually I'd like them to.
