Reinventing myself with spinach

chose will be happy to know that I have made myself a lovely spinach salad for the second day in a row. It is part of my new health kick which includes nightly walks with an ipod courtesy of the lovely duree.
To wash down the salad I am having an imported German beer called Holsten. I am only having it for the barley malt, and because of the picture of a knight on a horse which is on the can.
