Surprised by joy and mousse
Holy moses. This evening I was surprised by joy and mousse. I had gone in to work to help with preparations for our big big Convention next week. When I returned the wonderful sigot greeted me with her latest concoction-- a raspberry mousse. It is to die for!! Trust me on this one. And best of all, it has NO RUM in it!
I am taking part of the credit since earlier today I bought said sigot a little mixer. It allowed her to use real whipping cream in the making of this dessert. Yes there will be no more edible oil product whipping cream in a can for us. We are moving on up to the east side. Life may never be the same.
