12-week program, day1

feels really good to know that i'm on a workout program.

i started on light weights today so that i wouldn't die.

basically this program is for my upper body, since my lower body is solid already and i do cardio for 45 minutes before i even start lifting.

yeah i must say i looked really weak lifting up those 20 pounders, but i was doing 90 reps on each exercise...so those buff muther fuckers can kiss my ass.

i'll use my LJ as my workout log too, word.

Week 1, Day 1- cardio- 15 on bike, 30 racquetball, 15 bike
Chest
free weights, 20lb- 90- fist combo
90- fly
90- incline
15- push-ups (elbows inside)
Biceps- free weight, 30lb- 30- alternating
