Just
burned the shit out of my hand. Normally I only burn my hand while making grilled cheese, but today took the cake for me to burn my hand. The thing still hurts like a bitch. I was trying to do a nice thing for my mum and make the chocolate cake she has been craving for the past week. I forgot to check if the stone was in oven, so when I was ready to put the cake in I had to switch the racks. Get my oven mits, and while moving the second rack, part of my hand the was uncovered touched the hot metal of the rack. So, being the dumbass that I am I decided to put the cake in the oven, and then run my hand under cold water. Bad life choice right there, and only ice cubes are giving me some comfort. I still have to the dishes and some other things before my mum gets home, I just hope this burn stops hurting. Most intense burn ever in my life.
