Olfactory hallucinations?

It smells weird out today.

There's this smell that I, through years of summers at the New Jersey shore, have mentally labeled as "somewhat dirty beach at low tide." But in the middle of Ohio. And it's cold.

I could get it if it was just by the river or something, but it's all over! (Yes, I've already been all over)

Weird.
