Working the weekend
I decided to be a good little researcher and spend some time in the lab getting all of the data entry up to date. I also had a sample I wanted to read today.
A colleague of my boss saw the open lab door and came in to ask my boss something. Finding only me, he joked about me having to work weekends while the boss is at home and said he'd tease him about it when he called him with his question. Yay! I get credit for being in the lab on a Sunday without having to say anything.
