I don't what to say now, my friend talked to creation staff, apparently they thought we are lying and saying they left the hotel after 9 a.m. Then said we should look for the bus but not just waiting - but on the website we are supposed to wait in the lobby!
And they refused to refund, just give us credit to buy things from creation...
Worst con ever.
