HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE!!
I love Valentine's Day, even if no other single person does. I always have. I think I always will. It makes me happy. People are like, "I love you," "I love you," "I love you," "I love you, have chocolate," "I love you," "I love you. I got you some flowers," "I love you." What's not to love?
Jessica got me chocolate and a teddy bear, whose name is Willard, I think. And other friends got me chocolate and cards and other nifty stuff. Fun fun. Yeah.
I made dinner tonight. It didn't suck at all. It made me thing of DGB. I miss that fellow. Anyhoo. We had lettuce rolls, cucumber and tomato salad, cous-cous, and Joe ate steak. So I'm gonna write down what I put in the lettuce rolls so that I'll remember. No comments on how they sound nasty.
Lettuce Rolls
some creamed cottage cheese
(add any or all of the following to the cottage cheese)
some diced onions
some diced apples
some raisins [I, unfortunately, did not have any rasins to add.]
some nut meats [Neither any nut meats, but I think pecans may have been good.]
some diced celery
some salt
some pepper
dash of lemmon juice
Mix it all up, stick it in some lettuce that's floppy enough to roll, put a tooth pick in it and you can serve, but it's good to chill it for a little while first. Yeah. It was good for something I improvised on.
The salad had tomato, onion, olives, capers, cucumbers, and oil and vinegar dressing. It was really good. Simple.

I went to work again. I love it there. Definitely gonna stay. Going to pick up my check from Art For You tomorrow. YAY! Money! I'm also going to exercise with Ruth again. I love it. I need to get more exercise-ish clothes. I have like none. I need ski clothes, too, for Spring Break.
I CAN'T WAIT TO GO SKIING!!
