This was just.... I have no words! Really, this is just amazing! I just love how much Gwen is involved within this fic and her support of Arthur is very in-character for her. It's a pity we didn't get that in the episode.

Also, I loved that you had Gwen confront Kara in this as well. It's understandable that Gwen would want to confront the woman who tried to kill her husband and killed many others. It's clear that Kara's beliefs and thinking is very much flawed (much like Morgana's). She wants revenge and doesn't see that her actions are wrong. Though, her cause is good, her way of going about it is wrong. Instead of killing and causing more pain and suffering, she could try and use her magic for good.

All in all, once again this chapter was perfect ♥!

I'm kind of staring at my keyboard trying to come up with something to write that isn't too fangrrly or pithy...and instead I'm just going to repeat what you've been told by so many others. As everything you write, this series is just perfection. As I'm still mourning the death of what could have been earlier this week, I tried to stay away from fic because it was too painful. But this series has b, een such a balm - and while I'm feeling angst and anxiety about what the next installment will be, I can't wait to read it (ahem - notice that I made a presumptive statement there about the next installment ;-)

Your words are so kind. I've loved writing this series and I tell you it simply started as a way for me to deal with what was missing and just adding to what we got. That it's enjoyed by people is lovely for me.

I know. Do you know how hard it's been to write for 5.12? I adore writing angst, but some of that one just...wow. I bet you were feeling the emotions too writing your wonderful story.

I'm not sure what to say except that this is brilliant and absolute poetry from beginning to end.

Gwen is beautiful and fierce in her role as queen and you showed that so well. I love the image of the scabbard and how at the end, they are both one, together. They shelter and protect each other.
