I go through stressful times worrying about government beurocracy and paperwork. Last week I realized I mutilated my birth cirtificate when I was a wee bored kid by laminating it, and had to apply for a new one.
So I applied online and they sent it to me in three business days!! that's amazing!! I usually have low hopes for these sort of things, expecially when I need a passport before my airline ticket says I have to leave.
