Ti amo from Lucca

Ti amo, Italian for "I love you," is written everywhere. As if love is the only thing that can drive the youth of Italia to deface their historic monuments.

Take the wall of Lucca, for example: built in the middle-ages to protect the city, it is now an elevated public park and thoroughfare, and apparently a public bulletin board for amorus declarations.

Sometimes I wonder what the original builders would think.

Aaand that's all for today, since I'm posting from my iPhone which is a little slower for typing.
