I've always wanted to see other countries. Not just visit: actually see them. And I didn't want to see them in the ordinary way: from out the window of a tour bus or visiting popular landmarks. If I could choose, I always thought, I'd want to see them from a bicycle

Have I mentioned how much I wish I was going with you? I haven't been overseas since my trip to New Zealand and Australia when I was fifteen. So document your adventure faithfully, that my wanderlust can receive vicarious gratification. :D
