TM #33- Fame/Wealth/Happiness
This is an interesting question. Do you have to choose one and have the others never happen? Or can one be chosen that could lead to the others in the course of years, or centuries in the case of some here?
For example, if I chose fame, then would I never be wealthy or happy or the same if I chose one of the other two? What if one lead to the other? If I chose happiness, then I could become famous and wealthy by using the confidence in myself to achieve. Or I could buy my own fame and happiness if I chose wealth.
But then, I have no real need for fame or wealth. Being Elrond’s son already provided those two for me. There is a drawback, having fame and wealth does not make me happy. True happiness comes from within, and I am still searching for that.
So if I had to choose, I would say none. I want to make my own happiness, find my own wealth and fame, and not have some magic wand give it to me, because, it will mean so much more that way.
