Tamaki is being difficult. On one hand he enjoys spreading the love but he is nervous about doing so with Haruhi around XD Since he knows he likes her and all. >.> I will try! :D

Yes Akira does need to play more. And not just with Hika either. He needs to make friends! :D

Yeah Akira is more likely to set his sights on teachers. Although he was pleased enough with Almaz. :) And he has Sakura. Sorta.
