(no subject)
Well, for the first time in years I can say that Yuletide/Christmas was quite good. Not much money, but
with Vincent here it doesn't matter. I've waited a long time for this,much longer then anyone in my
position should. But it's all good, and we still have another five days before he leaves on the 31st.
I was actually outside today playing football with him and his cousin before and after dinner. Not much
of a football player I'm afraid,lol, but still had a good time, even with the leg I injured two weeks ago.
Now, if the rest of this cold/flu/infection would leave my stomach, things would be great. had a massive fever on Tue.and finally got some meds for it, though they killed everything in their path, even the good germs.
Also, saw KING KONG with the boys last Wed. Very well done. Skull Island was way creepier then in the original film. I'm just not still sure if portraying Kong as simply a huge gorilla played off the best and Jack Black was weak, blowing off three excellent lines. But still, excellent and very worth seeing, all
three very fast paced hours.
I'll try and see about posting a pic or two later in the week when I get the film back.
