Lovely day for a Guinness
A lot has happened since my last update. I moved into the hockey house here in the ville. I have everything except my bed, so I've been sleeping on this sweet air mattress. It kicks ass. Work finished last Friday, that was kind of sad. I won't miss the 9:00am-5:30pm aspect, but I really will miss everyone I worked with. We'll keep in touch.
Greenville is still a tad dead, but people are slowly migrating back. Actually pretty excited/anxious to start classes. I've heard a lot of people saying that, people who never did/will like class. It's all a very strange sensation. The house is sweet, except for the utilities and my overall lack of funds, it will be fun to see how we manage to make money to cover it. We'll be inventive/illegal if needed.
It's funny and weird that certain people who haven't showed any interest in me recently, or only did when it was convenient for them, all of a sudden want to know what's going on in my life now that they hear something new may be happening. So much so, that every time we talk, this lunch thing is brought up. I don't really want to do this, because like I said, it's only when it's convenient for them that they care about me. So, this guy is done with that shit.
On a lighter note, Ginch is having a PBR keg on Friday. I totally agree with him, if you don't like PBR, either bring your own beer or don't be Nick's friend because you're not worth it. Caroline's shindig is Saturday. My mom's bringing my bed and cake down that day. My birthday is Sunday and we're having at least 2 kegs. All are invited. If you don't know where my house is, talk to someone who does. Nap time.
