Kind of Skeeved

I'm probably making a big deal out of nothing, but I'm honestly kind of creeped out right now.

So the house next to us took forever to sell, but it finally did a couple weeks ago. I first met the new neighbor when Megan and I were planting irises in the yard, and he walked over to introduce himself. I just said hello, thinking that would be that, but no, he kept wanting to talk, in spite of the fact that I was very clearly busy with something. He finally got the hint after probably ten to fifteen minutes, but in those ten to fifteen minutes he was more than willing to tell me all about his heart problems and the fact he likes to party and have people over, but he will always let us know if he's going to have a party and not to worry. Dude, fine, have parties, I don't care, just let me finish up my gardening work. Apparently he cornered Erik in the driveway for about a half hour that night.

Since he's moved in there hasn't been much issue, though he does have people over quite a bit. A lot of them look like they're in the late teens and early twenties, and I don't know what that's about. Maybe he has a kid that age and they hang out there? Regardless, those are his party guests, people who are kids or just past being kids. But it's weird to me. Erik thinks that he probably provides them with free booze and that's the appeal on their end. At one point there was one of them who parked their car in his driveway, blasting music so loud I could hear it in my kitchen, which isn't really close to windows in proximity to his driveway. Luckily that was at about 6pm, so not disruptive, and didn't last long.

But today, I was sitting in the library, and the new neighbor walks onto his back deck, undoes his pants, took his dick out and began to piss on his lawn. Holy WHAT?! It was like a car crash, in that I didn't want to look but couldn't look away. MOre than I ever wanted to see of him. I am flabbergasted. He was also really wondering about the windows to the library, wondering what room it was and who might be looking onto his deck, when we first talked when he first moved in.

I'm probably over-reacting. But I'm really side-eying this dude.
