GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!
It's basically official.
We got a house!
So remember when I said that the seller we put an offer on the second time didn't really know if she wanted to move yet or not? Well, we pretty much told her that if she was serious about moving, put it in writing, and we'll go from there. So once she did, we stopped debating, and just accepted her terms. True, it would have been nice to get the price down a bit, but we wanted this house. So the inspection was a couple weeks ago, and everything checked out, and she agreed to fix everything we wanted fixed. That means on August 2nd, we're moving into a house of our own!!
