I am going to try and actually accomplish ALL THE THINGS in the fitness challenge today.
- I already got 7 hours of sleep.
- I had a full avocado for lunch on wheat bread, I think that counts as two servings of fruits and veggies, so I just need three more.
- I'm going to the gym at 2 and doing elliptical for a half hour and weights for another half hour.
- I'm going to sit down and read my ass off after that to try and get a nice dent in that book I'm reading (counts as time for myself).
- So that just means I need to do a random act of kindness for someone else. Easier said than done, really.
I am determined mostly to get that damn book jumpstarted, because this pattern is much like last year's when I started HOUSE OF LEAVES in April and it all fell apart. So this week i need to read that Jodi Picoult nonsense and then start the second two HUNGER GAMES books. I need to get back on track. I need to have 16 books done by the end of this month to be on track...
And after that I think I'm going to try out another new recipe for dinner. The vegan mac and cheese was a bust, I feel. I think that entire book is going to be a bust. What can I load up with veggies for dinner to complete goal number 1? Hm..
