i'm about to move to austin, but i don't think i could have survived living here without the el. despite the drunk uic fratboys and creepy ladies in babushkas, it's a godsend.

I went to UIC. I totally miss the system there, the bus and the el are better than anywhere else that I have lived. Austin actually has a decent bus system for a little town but since the town is small and some buses don't run but every 20-30 minutes you end up just driving because if you miss one bus you would have to wait an hour and it takes 2 minutes to drive anywhere. Or maybe I'm just a lazy ass.
