Bye, Bye, Brother
They love to play Monster with Daddy, who will grab a child and carry it away to his lair (the closet usually). The kidnapped child yells to the sibling "Come Save me!" and the sibling will go grab an arm or a leg and "rescue" the monster-napped victim. Most of the time. Last night, it was bedtime, and Daddy grabbed Ryan.
Ryan: Rachel! Come Save Me!
Daddy: I'm taking him away! (Heads off down the hallway)
Rachel, utterly nonchalant: I know. (no rescue)
Maybe she figured that she'd have to go to bed first if she saved him from it?
