My funny Valentine

Tony insisted on cooking a 5 course meal for me tonight for valentine's day. He made the bittersweet chocolate cake first. It contains a dozen egg whites and 3 1/2 sticks of butter and 12 oz chocolate. He had to beat the eggs whites until stiff and fold them into the chocolate then bake. He came in a few minutes ago telling me everything is mixed together but he forgot to add the butter. Hahahaha!! He had to send Kyle to the store for more eggs and chocolate and start over. Poor guy. He's also making me beef Wellington, garlic mashed potatoes and baby pea & mint soup, and baked Brie for appetizer.
Should be good!
