I have a hard time writing Hermione *not* campaigning. The whole S.P.E.W. thing was my favorite part of GoF and I was crushed when the movie eliminated it... it just reminded me of so many earnest, overly-political people in my past in such a dead-on parody way.

Wow, thank you so much for the comment! I am so delighted to know that you liked this so much that you'd remember it a long time later, and just all around wildly ecstatic that I've written a story that's one of someone's favorites!

I still wish I hadn't rushed it so much to get it sent in for the exchange deadline, but I had such a good time writing this, and really fell in love with the pairing. They're one of my major OTPs now!
