Happy Birthday and silly meme

Oct 21, 2007 01:10

A few hours late, baby, but Happy Birthday lonelybrit, my first and bestest friend online, who shares my Wes/AD love, and is a kind and sweet soul, and doesn't mind when I squee about Supernatural. Hugs to you, petlambkins.

So, I don't usually do this, but this little meme made me giggle. Gacked from derryderrydown

1. Open your music library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc.).
2. Put it on shuffle and press play.
3. For every question, type the song that's playing. When you go to a new question, go to the next song.
4. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool.

Opening Credits: The Lamb - Tavener. So, I'm in a convent. A novice, preparing to dedicate my life to quiet reflection and my deeply held religious beliefs.

Waking Up - Lux Arumque - Whiteacre. It's dawn on the day that I'm about to make my vows. The sun rises, the gold light creeping through the window of my cell...

Falling in Love: Be Still for the Presence of the Lord - Aled Jones. Clearly I'm about to become a bride of Christ...

Fight Song: Hysteria - Muse. I appear to have lost my faith - I'm breaking out and losing control.

Breaking Up These are the Days of our Lives - Queen. As I leave the convent, I reminisce on the happy days I spent with the nuns, and head off to explore the big wide world. Off I go to the prom...

Prom: Sycorax Encounter - Dr Who soundtrack. Ah. Have hit slight snag. Big Wide World appears to contain scary alien monsters who come to my prom and use blood control to make everyone jump off the top of the school gym. I manage to figure out the whole blood control thingie, and I'm really starting to get the hang of this big wide world...

Life is Good: Apocalypse Please - Muse. Alrightie. I'm getting the feeling that I'm on a some kind of holy or possibly unholy mission - it's my job to start the apocalypse. Hmm. That must be why I left the convent.

Mental Breaddown: Going Under - Marillion. So, I'm slightly concerned that I might possibly be the antichrist and things aren't working out like I planned, so I've taken to the drink...

Driving: Bop to the Top - High School Musical. Have accepted my role as instigator of the end of the world through crappy show tunes (sorry, I'm so sorry).

Flashback: Stockholm Syndrome - Muse. Hmm, perhaps some of my repressed memories of my early life at the convent are coming back to haunt me.

Getting Back Together: Welcome to the Black Parade - My Chemical Romance. I head back to the convent to wreak my terrible vengeance. I'm possibly riding a pale horse at this point in the movie.

Wedding: House of Fun - Madness - I arrive at the convent, and point out to them that irony that is this particular song title.

Night before the War: Ruled By Secrecy - Muse. I have the entire convent at my mercy. I'm now embracing the whole bringer of the apocalypse thing, and I'm doing some serious blood spilling.

Final Battle: Doomsday - Dr Who soundtrack. Well, d'uh. What the title says.

Moment of Triumph I want to Break Free - Queen. While wiping out the convent, the country and possibly much of the known world, I pause for a moment of reflection. All this mindless killing isn't what I hoped it would be.

Death Scene: Standing - from BtVS Once More with Feeling. I've lost all interest in the whole apocalypse, so I decide to kill myself, despite Giles from Buffy's attempts to get me to change my ways and stay.

Funeral Song Start of Something New - High School Musical. The apocalypse is averted, and I'm on my way to the afterlife - unforturnately my killing spree has guaranteed me a handbasket ride to hell.

End Credits: Why Should I cry for you - Sting. Alas, I am mourned by no one.

In summary, I'm a novice nun who becomes the antichrist and then realises the error of her ways, but too late to be saved from the fiery pit of hell. I'm thinking Sam Raimi to direct. And Stephanie Romanoff to play me.
