Home from the wilds of Scotland
I'm back!
Had a very enjoyable and busy holiday - the idea of resting on vacation seems rather foreign now. We did lots of walking, climbing, rowing, pedalling, rollercoastering and even some (but not much) shopping.
My darling lonelybrit bought tickets to see Alexis in Liverpool, and found a hotel. Now all I have to do is find an airline that will actually fly to the UK in October. *is not worried in the least* She also sent me tea bags - Russian Caravan tea bags. I ought to write her Wes tea fic. I will ponder this. (Dean, you can't be in a tea fic. Honestly.)
Some lovely person gave me an LJ rose. Whoever you are, stand up and claim a ficlet. Thank you so much.
My fic Training Methods is read by alias_chick on the first edition of spnfic_podcast. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to hear my fic read in a proper US (Canadian) accent. Go over and download and listen to the other wonderful stories and show clips and stuff on the cast. It rocks like a great big rocky thing.
In conclusion. Scotland is brilliant. I missed the internet. I love LB. And tea. And Alexis. And Dean. And John and Sam.
