Excellent that you are paying such serious attention to diet and exercise! But I do worry that you are not taking in enough food here, and the feelings that you report in this post confirm this. You do need to keep consuming some food, and especially drink, throughout your day.

Losing weight is certainly admirable, but you need to do so gradually, or you can seriously hurt yourself.

My eating habit gets regular at home (as in my parents' home), out here its too much to manage everything. Staying in office also means I do not get to eat. But yes you're right, need to get something to eat in office! Though strangely, I do not feel the need for food at all!

People in offices still eat. ;-) But at least be willing to take a bottle of water; surely they must allow this, and it will help keep your head from throbbing and feeling faint. You might even be more productive. :-)

Oh lolz, we are allowed to eat in office :) We have a pantry on every floor for taking lunch, apart from a huge canteen. Its just I don't get food or rather didn't, because now am getting some biscuits and dry fruits :) Water is my savior, I carry it all the time :D (and to think, few months back I could go a day or more without drinking water because I survived on soft drinks!)
