What the hell is this
I get my interview call from the BEST journalism college in India and even Asia and my mum is stopping me from going? What the hell is this after all? I say I will pay for it and what I get to hear is that its a pathetic, loser college where people get admission without even giving the exam. Of course I will always be a loser if I don't give the fucking civils well screw it, damn the civils. She needs to accept me for who I am, even if its being a pathetic loser. I lost out on IIMC after I got the letter telling me I was selected, that I could join. Then I give ACJ this year to have my parents tell me I cannot go. And the reason is that the college isn't good, I am lost and misguided, I will never be able to achieve anything in life, there is no one in Delhi that I can stay with. Well I talked to S and she said I can stay with her. Rest its just a matter of money, give money and get a taxi. I will ask A for money again. I have no other choice. I might not qualify my interview but how the hell will I ever know unless I give it? And it will be a great experience. I want to go. Why do they always do this to me? Its the reason I want to leave before am bloody married off to some high class loser. Yes I know people can get admission to ACJ without giving the exam, if they have the right contacts, I KNOW that because we know some such students. But same happens even with IIMs and the civils. There are always those who get in on the basis of money, there are always those who make it to Harvard etc because they can afford it. But that does not mean the college is bad or all students use source. They must be good and must get good students for ALL media houses to first choose ACJ as the place to recruit from.
