Well, it seems like it has happened again. The Medical Community has found a way to limit the abilities of Gay Men to helping this world. The American Red Cross was the first one that really got on my nerves. Now it appears that I have another reason to be pissed.
I am not sure who I should be pissed at. On hand I believe that I should be pissed at these medical organizations for lumping all gay guys together and basically telling me that I am less of a person than a straight guy. I actually would think that a lot of women would want my semen because they would have the perfect son! (Yes, I know I am perfect!!!!)
The other side of me wants to get pissed at the gay community. In fact all of these medical organizations can prove that the risks are much higher for gay than straight guys. This is tru e for several reasons but we will not beat that dead cow again. When will the gay community wake up and realize that they have to change their ways if they want equal treatment in everything?
Well, maybe I will eventually decide how I feel on this issue. It is just another of the many things that I must face going forward in life. And before any of you say anything, yes, I do want to be a sperm donor, so yes, it does impact me!
