Black Friday
I never thought I'd be out-technologied by my mom, especially on Black Friday. She got a component style DVD re-writer and a 100pack of DVD/CD-R's for under $70. And if you know anything about my mom, she knows nothing about technology, but loves a good bargain. I can already here the, "How does this work?" and "Can you show/write that down for me again?" and my favorite: "This is like cassette tapes, right?" Oy.
I missed out on Black Friday this year because I was a) working this morning, b) the deals weren't as interesting this year and c) was too busy hanging out with friends/family to get a good spot in line. Hopefully, our traditional Bundy X-mas (superrice and I normally go shopping/exchange our gifts on 26 December) will still hold up.
