If there has been one, very important thing I've learned this year, it has been to never overdo myself. However, this does not apply to school, a field in which I have invested a buttload of time. And it paid off! I got an A in physics and a B in Calculus. After fretting for days in observation of how terrible my finals were, this came as quite an excellent surprise. Basically, fuck school. I can do it.
Right now, it is four in the morning, and I am at Tyler's office in the Nixon HQ reading about UFO's and prime numbers. Earlier today, I saw a band called Plus 44 (against my will) at Soma. It was really bad, almost as bad as the Modest Mouse show on Saturday. One might think that a lineup including Johnny Marr, a man responsible for 20% of the world's sickest riffs, might be a good one. He SUCKED! And so did the rest of Modest Mouse. Good thing my ticket was free.
I was skateboarding a few hours ago with Tyler, and my shoelace got caught in the wheel. I flew forward and hit my chin against the ground, and now I look stupid. Man, I wish I could skateboard.
The time has come for me to repair and tend to my car. I'm half expecting to open the tank in the trunk and find a solidified block of old vegetable oil. If I can fix that beezy before school starts again, my car will make a guest appearance in Irie Town, USA. On 4/20, in Santa Cruz, I plan on running my car on hemp oil. That is, if I can get my hands on some.
I can't wait until the members of team lopester start flying back into their gnometown so that we can all ride the yellow bus and get straight dumb retarded.
