As we all know from the great Spring Break 2007, whenever I have off from school, I write like a billion personal entries of no merit whatsoever. Now that I'm on summer vacation (:DDD), expect a windfall of these in your future flists.
Okay, list form:
1. I needed low, closed-toe shoes for the Journalism Thing, preferably black to match the slacks I bought, and I found these. Normally I'm not a shoe freak like Gale is, but OMG I LOVE THESE SHOES SO MUCH. They're patent leather and shiny and were reduced from $69.99 to $39.99. The last Steve Madden shoes I bought lasted me until they FELL APART. (Which took a really long time.)
2. This is Christine, my car. Isn't she gorgeous? I love her more than my dog. Just kidding. But it's close.
3. I started reading The Stand. Holy shit is that a big book. I just finished In Her Shoes, and I'd reccomend the movie over the book. I feel so :/ about Jennifer Weiner's talent. Like, if she can publish a book, why can't the rest of us? She's nothing special.
4. camelhaircoat and I are collaborating on doctor!fic, because medical shows turn us on and Brian Kinney in a white coat is -- well, you can guess what that image does to us, too.
5. I got this cute new layout, but with the Plus Account I had the ad went right across the top where all the cuteness is, so I said, "Fuck you, Plus Account" and went back to Basic. My icons have been mercilessly cut, which makes me eternally sad, but the layout looks good, so.
