Or, at least, trying. Starting about a month ago, I do a little bit of gymnastics every day. Perhaps 15 minutes is not much, but it's better than nothing. :)
For many years (since high school), I've had periods of doing gymnastics, and of being lazy, and so on. For the last, uhm, seven years (eeek!!! is it really that much?!?!) I haven't been active at all. And then started my problems with my spine (lower part). The pain was never too strong and there was no need for drastic measures, but it was there.
I know that my body is not 20 any more, but I decided that I was too young for such problems. They are still not big, and I don't want things to get worse. So, a little bit of gymnastics and yoga every day are just the right thing to do, don't you agree? :)
Yes, I'll do it. Actually, I'm already doing it. :)
