So thankfully we were able to pay the electricity bill without me selling any shoes. Phew. Yay for being sensible and always keeping some in savings. We also ordered our new windows and new back/front door on Sunday for a cool £2,700 which we'd been saving for. The old ones are crap; they're wooden and the seals are broken and lose heat like anything so we're quite excited. It's the very last thing that needs doing on the house apart from painting the living room which we'll get round to eventually...
Things are good. I'm still waiting to find out the ins and outs at work but I'm definitely going to be the new CSA for the French website with the possibility of my own little team next season which is very cool. Fingers crossed for a little pay bump.
We're off to Bracken-sit on Tuesday while mum and dad go to Italy which should be lovely and I'm going to be insured on my mum's mini for the week so we can get out and about a bit more with the dog. She really is cute.
