Hard Choices
I dont post here anymore, so it doesnt warrant pointing out that this entry is a little unexpected.
I post this here, because nearly all of my friends have met my cats, and equally as many have fallen in love with them.
Ive been going through some pretty hard life choices recently,
one of which being the decision to let my cats be rehomed, as I am no longer in a position to look after them.
Today we had a young couple come round to look at the cats, and possibly rehome one, or all of them.
After a few short minutes, they had fallen for Smartie's sultry charms.
Half an hour later, and I was placing her into a carry case, and saying goodbye.
It is like losing a part of the family.
Shes been part of it for the last 12 years.
I hope they can give her the life she deserves.
The saddest part is, im going to have to do this 2 more times....
