Summer is cruising....
and I just keep on working...
Went to visit Ashley last weekend and had a grand time! We went to the premiere of a movie that her friends have ben working on for like a year, so that was cool. then Saturday we went to Etown, went shopping in Lancaster and then went swimming till like 3am. I had a sore throat on sunday so i left after lunch. But it was fabulous...full of lots of memorable moments for sure!
So i've been sick like all week, even had to miss 2 days of work because of it, so that made me pretty mad! Then went back to work to find out today that I will basically be taking over the managing and billing stuff at one of the homes because the site manager (who usually does all this stuff) is going to a different building. this means i will have to be going to meetings, and doing all kinds of communicating with people above me. normally i'd think this was not to bad, ya know looks good and stuff and i know how to do it but the fact that i wasn't really asked i was just sort of thrown in kind of made me a little mad. but whatev, i only have like what less than a month anyway.
I really want to take a day trip to the beach...i need to come up with a date asap if i do this. Not to mention a trip to Philly with Cat and Priya, and possibly Ashley now as long as Priya is ok with it...cause she kind of invited herself (oh ashley hehe...) Maybe Aug 12th?? tentatively. who knows.
Allison's 16th birhtday party is on the 10th of august. i'm trying to think of some cheap cute way to kind of give her my car at the party... any creative or fun thoughts?
i want new music. and an ipod. nano or regular? does it matter? i probably will never have enough music to even tap into the space on a regular one...but whatever we'll see. i want it for when i'm walking or in the gym (back at school) or studying away from my computer...etc.
i miss catherine. priya. amanda. erin. amber (cause she works too much). home amanda (stupid bf takes her places)...and i'm pretty excited to move into founders with kat at the end of august!!
