*1*
I see your heart
Through your eyes
Through your skin
the sweetest kind of gold
confusion settling in
was it me that turned you cold?
You came back
but now im tarnished
you took away my options
im angry,
but im loved here
so can never go
a world without you is ugly
empty
pointless
stitched to your side i remain
but my heart aches in disease
my heart aches in loves complication

*2*
and still the fire burns
but it is no longer red,
a watered down color;
unidentifiable.
Kindle sweet awareness
mask my scorchened heart.

*3*
I once was fierce
or perhaps I was pretending
he says I am strong
but the truth I fear he's bending
could I be, what he sees?
pretty, fun, good company

*4*
My mirror is split in two
my left side- a horror
my right- angelic beauty
which is real i'll never know
from the folicles of my hair
to my tiptoes-
Im jumbeled
